By accessing or using selfielab.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including the mobile app and website.

Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use selfielab.me. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Each person may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse the service may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

Content Ownership

You own the images you generate on selfielab.me. You are free to use, download, share, and monetize your generated content as you see fit.

By using our service, you grant selfielab.me a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to operate the platform. This license ends when you delete your content or your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use selfielab.me responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. The following activities are prohibited:

• •Automated scraping, bot usage, or other forms of abuse
• •Attempting to circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or security measures

Credits & Subscriptions

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Monthly credits are added to your existing balance — they stack with any unused credits from previous months. Credit packs are one-time purchases that are added to your balance immediately.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review and remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

We strive to be fair and transparent in our moderation decisions, and will notify you if action is taken on your account whenever possible.

Limitation of Liability

selfielab.me is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be free from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, selfielab.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of selfielab.me after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
